The Great Frame Up from Spokane Wa
Just a quick rebuttal from a previous comment. The Great Frame Up Stores go to great lengths at customer service. That's why they win "Best Frame Shops in Spokane year after year. Thin paper posters are not returnable because others have gone to great length to re-roll damaged, finger printed, bent and torn items and return them for refunds. This policy is to protect you, the consumer from not getting damaged merchandise that someone else has returned. The policy is posted in writing on every register and on every receipt and has been that way for multiple years. We regret any unhappy customer because it is so rare that we have any. The posters in question were not returned the same day but many days later. We really appreciate all of your business and hope to see you all soon! The owner of the Great Frame Up Stores of Spokane.

I purchased 2 Beatles posters@ $20 each. I changed my mind about keeping them the same day. At the time, there were no signs stating no refunds on posters, but there was on the receipt. Chuck would not yield about refunds, giving some lame excuse about prior experiences with tampering with the product. It is obvious that the posters are in the original packaging, and given that it was the same day (hrs) I bought them, I found Chuck very unreasonable.

My husband and I brought our wedding photo in to be framed. Chuck was incredibly helpful and patient while we tried different ideas. And with so many frame and mat choices, the software he has allows you to see how it will look before it's done. I highly recommend The Great Frame Up!
