I just want to say I have lived here many years and seen many things. I love Perrine Court Apartments and all of the staff particularly Jack the manager. He works very hard to keep up the grounds and make sure that we are happy.
Having lived here for about two years now I've stayed this long because it's "home", moving is a pain and expensive, but also because I don't have any major issues here. The pool is nice, and very clean. They’ve gotten new Management in the past two years, but the new ones are really trying to bring this place together as a community by planning activities, such as a community yard sale. There's also a full size W/D in unit, which is so nice to have. I'm having a hard time finding anything else with that included with this price range closer to work.
I really enjoy living here, it has everything I was looking for and the location is great. Management is always courteous and any problem is fixed ASAP. Good community and they are pet friendly which was a big plus for us. Rent is reasonably priced. Quit your whining people of course you can hear neighbors, you live in an apartment, and of course the manager will come and say something to you if you are not following rules and making trouble for other residents. We are actually happy here and thank you.
Over all, this is a nice place, great central location, and we have never have had any problems! All in all, I think that it is a wonderful and pleasant place to live. It is really Jack that makes this a five star community to live in. Thanks Jack…
