Wow where to start I went to a Bodybuilding show here in 2006 and decided I want to compete. I had not worked out seriously for over 9 years. I meet Biju and Cathy and my amazing transformation began. I trained for a year and stepped on stage and not only WON the 2007 Empire Classic but took the OVERALL men’s middle weight!!
Cathy and Biju are so amazing. Cathy’s support and positive attitude during my struggle with my contest preparation, the knowledge that Biju has is amazing and the support they both gave me along with the most important diet and nutrition change there was no way for me not to improve.
Now I continued with my training at a local Gym and still could get all the support and true friendship from them both. Body by Biju would help me as I continued to train and compete as I won the 2009 Boise Bodybuilding show both masters and the open class and came back to win the open light heavy Empire Classic again along with second place in Masters in the Seattle Emerald cup -- So all I can say is WOW if you are looking to make a real change in your life and are willing to work for it Body by Biju is your place to start that change THANK YOU SO MUCH CATHY AND BIJU your true love to help people shows and I’m so glad to have you both in my life.
